AquaLiv HOME – Rent to Own Financing

Thursday, February 25, 2010
posted by Craig Hoffman

I normally avoid promotional messages on this blog, but I’m very excited- so please excuse this one.

My dream is an AquaLiv HOME System in the home of every health conscious family. For a $2500 water system, that is a big goal. Now it is closer to reality for two reasons: rent to own financing and a generous referral program.

If you are on a municipal water supply that is fluoridated (most are in the U.S.), the following information may come as a shock. After all, we are continually told that fluoride is harmless and that it protects the teeth of disadvantaged youth. However, the overwhelming amount of research proving that fluoride is highly toxic, cannot be ignored any longer. Most European countries have already banned the fluoridation of water- what is taking the United States so long?

How to Drink Enhanced Water

Monday, January 25, 2010
posted by Craig Hoffman

More than a few health advocates recommend sipping water throughout the day as the best way to drink water. While this may be sound advice for tap, bottled, or even purified waters, it is entirely wrong for enhanced or ’structured’ waters.

NY Times Article Tells Tap Water Truth

Monday, January 11, 2010
posted by Craig Hoffman

A recent article in the New York Times brings to light a serious problem all of us must consider. Even though our tap water may meet federal guidelines, it is still unhealthful to drink. Standards for some contaminates have not been amended since 1974 and most, if not all, no longer reflect the current scientific evidence for safe levels. Why the delay? Money. Plain and simple.

Common misconceptions about pH

Sunday, November 15, 2009
posted by Craig Hoffman

As it relates to drinking water and health, pH is the most misunderstood concept I know of. So, let’s shine a little light on this subject.

We will discuss in this article that an alkaline pH reading, when measured in drinking water, can be the result of either a natural or unnatural cause. I will also detail why it is only the naturally alkaline pH that benefits health, while the unnatural causes problems; even though a testing device will measure both as 9.5, for example.

Have you read the Ultimate Guide to Water?

Saturday, October 17, 2009
posted by Craig Hoffman

If you have any interest in the science of water and how it relates to health, I highly recommend it. This is where to start.

In the process of speaking to people about water over the years, it became clear to me that very few understand the big picture. The big picture being, all the individual aspects of water that should be considered when choosing what to drink. Whether this be bottled water, tap water, or a water purification system.

The Guide does adequately cover the popular subject of pH, it receiving the same attention as the other aspects covered. However, there is so much misinformation on this subject, I will be expanding upon it further in a future post. Why all the misinformation? In a nutshell, the manufacturers and resellers of water ionizers like Kangen, Jupiter, etc. They aren’t spreading the misinformation intentionally though (at least I don’t think so). They simply don’t understand the real reason why their equipment benefits some people. Hint? It is not the pH.

The Ultimate Guide to Water can be found in the Education section of the blog, or by clicking on the link below. Enjoy.
